Future Capabilities Analysis"Come in, come in."   
The Future Capabilities Analysis Communications Director smiled his best,  conveying reassurance and warmth with a naturalness borne of, well, nature.   
"Welcome Candidate..." - a flicker of his eyes towards the screen -  "...136A2BF. Please be assured our analysis is infallible, and promises to  ensure you a happy and satisfying life, where possible."   
The candidate looked uncertain and more than a little overawed. There were few  who did not, however. Such a dramatic shift in their lives was bound to be  unnerving.

Right.

Well I've kicked Transference.org around again a bit more, and now, everyone can post stories. Yup, anyone who registers can post. You can keep your stuff as just a rough draft, so only you see it, or let those registered as editors critique it, before finally releasing it into the wild. Or possibly reserving it for an Issue, which we will still do from time to time, to highlight the coolest (and my :P ) stuff.

I've also added an RSS feed for the fora, so you can keep up to date with (in)activity on the boards :P
